Reality TV “Star” Not Allowed Guns?
Jon Gosselin of TV’s “Jon and Kate Plus Eight” reality TV show was ordered that he can’t have any firearms at his house in Berks County, Pennsylvania. This was picked up by various outlets, including the gossip Web site TMZ. One response even suggested “That is dangerous to have guns in the house with 8 kids.” First, we think that Gosselin doesn’t live with his kids – and while we wish we never heard of Jon Gosselin, it has been non-stop news all year! But what is more upsetting are some of the facts according to the Fox 411 Blog at FoxNews.com:
“Gosselin has also been ordered to register the pistol at a new address within 90 days.”
OK, we’re not sure if shooting at targets is allowed on private property in Berks County, but if Gosselin did not break the law why does he have to remove his firearms? Well, he is a cheating spouse and seeks the limelight non-stop, but those aren’t crimes. Has this judge overstepped his/her bounds?
