Wired Magazine Also Asks “What is a Cop Killer Gun”

This weekend Wired magazine also took time to ask the question: what exactly makes a gun a “cop killer?” Of course no one in the mainstream media has actually taken the time to address this point, and instead just has on background quotes (ala “government official” or “law enforcement expert”) on the point.

Again, this isn’t meant to take away from the tragedy, but the mainstream media is quick to point out that this shooting is a lone incident (as the shooter is Muslim and therefore this is not indicative of all Muslims), but also fails to point out that this shooting is also a lone incident (as in the media doesn’t also point out that this is not indicative of all law abiding gun owners). We’ll just call this typical mainstream media doublespeak.
